We offer free shipping on all orders delivered to Canada and Australia.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 6–8 business days from the date you place your order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier disruptions, customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives your parcel.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address before completing your purchase. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once your order has shipped.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but has not arrived, email support@kermor.co with your order number so we can help resolve the issue.
